About Our Program


With the Health Optimization hub we provide customers, businesses and professional health practitioners with unique health tests based on 4 levels.Top level are the physiological systems, these are dynamic and get support from Level 2 the biochemistry. Aim is to take daily lifestyle decisions based on the needs of the body in the moment. Are you ready, stressed or in a recovery state? For example the same training session from the morning can be harmfull in the evening after a full working day. Also your nutrition needs are different if your body is stressed or in a recovery state. To complete the whole chain it's also opportune to do a DNA test to know exactly your unique characteristics of your body. We take your epigenetics profile in consideration to create your genetic report. For example how fast your body is able to break down adrenaline or caffeine. Or which type of diet (keto, vegan, intermittent fasting, ...) is good for your body to loose weight. Which vitamins or minerals are difficult to get from food. Which time of the day is better to do physical or mental effort? Which are your food sensitivities?

Our DNA test get analyzed in Europe where we use the latest scientific research available in the market. We believe strong that mange your lifestyle based on your personal characteristics will improve immediately your total health score and the risk of developing a chronic disease will decrease.

In the Middle East we work together with professional health practitioners who followed our Health Optimization course so they all create a holistic view to analyze a health score and give adaptive lifestyle advice based on their knowledge. Jef specializes in fatigue, burnout, stress, physical training, nutrition, supplementation and increasing mental resilience. He has successfully treated Olympic athletes and he has now extrapolated his experience and knowledge to treat high profile business men/women or individuals who are simply concerned about their health and want to be in top shape.

As a sports physiotherapist and former cyclist, he starts with the following premise: the body must first be fully equipped and in good condition before effort. Through the testing of physical, hormonal, mental and emotional fatigue Jef advices on how to increase energy levels and find a balance between load and recovery. His guidance focuses on different areas, from food to sports and time management.

"I assume that the emotional, physical and mental aspects of the person are linked. It is useless for people who are mentally tired, to effectively capitalize from a management course for example, if the person can ́t focus. First, they need help to manage their stress and physical problems. Then they can truly benefit from training, courses, physical activity. There is no significant evolution in a fatigued person, once this is tackled, sky is the limit"

When he realized he was helping many people, he felt the need to expand his reach and create greater awareness that is much necessary in these hectic times, hence "Rest is the new sport" which was initially released in Belgium, explaining the holistic approach with which he works.
